Have you ever follow Interview Test?
I have got into interview test for 4 times. First, it was an interview to be a staff of Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Industri (HMTI). Second for, Assistant Simulation and Application Laboratory (LSAI). Third for scholarship from PT. Nikomas Gemilang and last but not least, is the interview to be Astra1st.
For my first interview, I'm not prepare anything, because the interviewer just my senior. And then I was succeed and I have become Staff Keilmuan HMTI batch 2014/2015.
Second Interview is for Assistant LSAI. My second interview have more challenge. Why? Because I had to make a presentation based on 1 journal about simulation to Head of Laboratory (Mrs. Yeni Sumantri, S.Si, MT., Ph,D) in English. I have practiced and made some reviews in order to make myself ready for this interview. And as the result, I was managed to be LSAI assistant for Batch 2015/2016.
My third interview was conducted with a professional Human Resource Staff in company and with psychologist. I'm felt so pessimist because the interview will be held in English and there were many candidates besides me. Before the interview held, I'm talking with my friends, and I thought my friends had better English and better preparation. When my interview was started, I couldn't answer many question from interviewer because I didn't understand what the question were really about. Certainly, the result I'm Failed! Failed from interview test for scholarship make me so sad, make me felt so failed.
Several months later, I registered myself for Astra1st 2015 from PT. Astra International Tbk. First step is psychology test. After passed the test, I must faced interview test again. But the day before, I found interesting video from TED.

The Insight of that video is our minds can change our bodies and our bodies can change our minds. We just need for two minutes Act Like a Winner and you'll Feel More Powerful and change your minds.
Okay, back to the interview test. I met another applicants while waiting for my turn. Her achievements were selected as HNMUN Delegation, BEM Activist, she also has internship experience, etc. My courage went down slowly because of her achievements.
But, I remember with that video. So, I'm go to the toilet and for 5 minutes, I'm act like a winner (Looks picture above)!*I think I'm the crazy one*
After that I faced the interview with confidently and as the result, I was chosen to be one of 40 Astra1st 2015 awardee.
